Executive summary

The annual Voice World Europe conference and exhibition had a strong third year. Voice World Europe 2004 reinforced its position as the only event in Europe to gather all the major industry players to create a true industry event. Voice World is where enterprises, telcos and the industry come together to do business. Voice World is your industry's annual meeting place!

Voice World 2004 attracted 177 attendees for the two-day conference (of whom 39% were users) and in total 1207 people visited the exhibition.

The event attracted a good mix of people from the industry and telcos as well as users from industries such as banking, insurance, betting, transport, travel, retail, leisure, government, contact centres, media, and so on.


Visitor breakdown

The 3rd annual Voice World exhibition attracted a total of 1,207 attendees. 77% of the attendees were from the UK with the remaining visitors coming from Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Bangladesh, Argentina, Algeria, Bahrain, Canada, Denmark, Czech Rep., Finland, India, Ukraine, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Korea, Estonia, Czech Republic, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Brazil, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada and USA.
